Supports sales and service operations by managing customer inquiries, quotes, orders, service requests, returns, and ongoing customer relationships. Serves as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments while meeting service standards and turnaround objectives. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, multitasking, and customer-service skills.

Owns B2B marketing automation programs using Salesforce and Pardot, including lead-list management, CRM data integrity, campaign execution, segmentation, lead scoring and routing, nurture programs, reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis. Develops emails, landing pages, microsites, forms, and tracking assets using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Visualforce. Documents processes, evaluates marketing applications, and partners with sales development and business stakeholders.

Perform hands-on security operations and compliance support using Microsoft security tools. Configure endpoint and identity controls, investigate and remediate incidents, manage vulnerability remediation, and support audits and certification efforts (CMMC, SOC 2, ITAR, ISO 27001). Produce security metrics and maintain secure configuration baselines in hybrid environments.
