Maintain and repair assembly-area manufacturing equipment (bonders, welders, ovens, cleaning systems), design and machine simple fixtures/tools, support model shop operations (mills/lathes), document processes, train assemblers, and develop/improve assembly and cleaning processes. Reports to Sr. Manufacturing Manager.

Create and edit end-user product documentation and marketing collateral. Research technical information, interview engineers and users, produce user, programming, and service manuals, datasheets, application notes, and illustrations, and ensure materials meet company documentation and quality standards.

The Sr. Fab Operations Manager oversees semiconductor fabrication operations, ensuring production goals, safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing teams, improving processes, aligning resources, and collaborating with customers.
