Build and maintain healthcare data extraction, transformation, validation, and ingestion pipelines from ambulatory EHR/EMR systems. Translate CMS MIPS and value-based care specifications into SQL logic, interpret HL7 and other clinical standards, validate measure data, and produce audit-ready regulatory submissions. The role also requires data quality, lineage, governance, orchestration, cloud data engineering, and collaboration with EMR vendors and MIPS advisors.

Administer, monitor, patch, secure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers across physical, virtual, and cloud environments. Provide L2/L3 incident support, manage accounts and storage, build virtual machines, automate administration with scripting and Ansible, monitor system health, support backups and disaster recovery, and maintain ITSM records and technical documentation.

Monitors and maintains enterprise network environments, troubleshoots outages, configures routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN, and performs upgrades, tuning, capacity planning, and security configuration. Documents incidents, provides performance reporting, supports network design projects, and collaborates with IT teams to optimize infrastructure. The role requires shift and on-call availability, strong analytical skills, customer focus, and experience with Cisco networking, wireless systems, routing protocols, monitoring platforms, automation scripting, and ticketing tools.
