The Technical Support Specialist provides first-level remote support to customers in public safety, managing incidents and driving improvements in service processes.

Provide on-demand professional services configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Aruba switching and wireless infrastructure. Implement and manage Aruba ClearPass policies for NAC, consult on technical engagements, document work, collaborate with project teams and clients, and adapt to variable engagement scopes and timelines.

Lead and execute AWS and Azure workload migrations: assess on-prem/legacy environments, design migration architectures, run migrations with native tooling, produce runbooks and validation reports, collaborate with stakeholders, and remediate performance, security, and cost issues.
