Teams at Anova

Supports the sales process from quote and order entry through shipment, contract execution, and renewals. Maintains Salesforce pipeline and customer records, processes orders and agreements, leads pipeline and closed-lost reviews, supports sales staff, coordinates with internal teams, and identifies process improvements. The role is hybrid in Coimbra with working hours aligned to U.S. Central Time.

Owns product strategy, roadmap, customer discovery, pricing, go-to-market, and customer success for Anova Unify’s LPG and Fuels & Lubricants markets. Partners with Engineering, Hardware Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver IoT and AI-enabled capabilities, improve adoption and retention, and drive customer value. Requires strong technical fluency, data-driven decision-making, enterprise software experience, and mentorship of other product managers.

Owns end-to-end development and operation of backend services and real-time data pipelines for industrial IoT telemetry. Responsibilities include defining requirements and roadmaps, implementing APIs, forecasting and anomaly detection, production monitoring, alerting, testing, CI/CD, AI-assisted development, and mentoring engineers. The role translates business goals and technical uncertainty for stakeholders while maintaining reliable, high-quality software systems.
