Provide supervision, program facilitation, and safety/security in juvenile correctional facilities. Perform intakes, administer medication, document resident behavior, conduct well-being and high-risk checks, respond to emergencies, and support pro-social skill development through individual and group programming.

Provide advanced clerical and executive-level secretarial support, manage office operations (records, purchasing, accounts), prepare reports/Agendas/minutes/presentations, handle customer service and communications, coordinate special projects, mentor assigned staff, perform data entry and liaison duties, and participate in public health emergency preparedness activities.

Provide shift leadership and operational oversight in a secure correctional program: supervise and train staff, oversee case planning and program delivery, enforce safety/security policies, ensure licensing and PREA compliance, conduct quality control and investigations, liaise with system partners, and share on-call/weekend coverage.
