Anoka County Benefits Overview

Administers employee leave programs, evaluates eligibility, advises employees and managers on leave laws and benefits, manages leave cases through return-to-work or separation, maintains confidential records, coordinates with vendors, supports benefits and open enrollment, and provides employee guidance and team leadership.

Provide on-site clerical and customer service support for county election operations: process voter registrations and absentee ballots, inspect mailings, assist with testing election memory cards, ballot counters, and ballot marking devices, and support front-desk and phone inquiries.
