Supports provider compensation and FP&A by calculating provider earnings, analyzing performance and variances, evaluating clinic costs, building budgets and forecasts, extracting data, assessing ROI, and preparing executive reporting. The role partners with regional leaders and accounting, supports strategic initiatives, and provides actionable financial recommendations. It requires strong Excel modeling, independent problem-solving, accuracy, executive communication, and the ability to work onsite in Owings Mills, Maryland, Monday through Wednesday.

Supports accounting operations through general ledger reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, month-end and year-end close processes, audit preparation, compliance documentation, account reviews, forecasting, and discrepancy resolution. Maintains accurate financial records in accordance with US GAAP and collaborates with internal departments. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, accounting software proficiency, and effective communication.
