Oversees daily operation of an Intermediate Care Facility, ensuring resident safety, regulatory compliance, quality service delivery, staff supervision, training, budgeting, audits, documentation, and coordination with external agencies. Acts as on-site liaison and responds to emergencies.

Coordinate marketing, PR, social media, email and website content; design collateral in Canva; manage events from planning to execution; cultivate media and community relationships; support donor engagement and volunteers; handle basic AV and photo needs while upholding brand standards.

Provides executive-level administrative support to the CEO, manages office operations and front desk, coordinates board meetings, handles travel and correspondence, maintains records and contracts, tracks expenditures and supplies, produces reports and communications, supports employee engagement and special events, and assists with volunteer program and emergency management tasks.
