Teams at Animal Trust Vets CIC

Lead P&L, capital, and cash forecasting; develop driver-based forecasts, scenarios, budgets, and performance reporting across veterinary surgeries and hospitals. Investigate operational and financial variances, partner with Operations and Capital Projects, and translate business needs into improved forecasting and reporting systems. Lead adoption of new tools, improve data reliability and KPI definitions, reduce spreadsheet dependency, and provide actionable insights for financial and operational decision-making.
