Leads strategic growth and federal business development across National Security and federal civilian agencies. Develops market strategies, identifies and captures contract opportunities, manages agency and industry relationships, supports proposal and capture efforts, monitors market intelligence, and ensures compliance with FAR and DFARS. The role requires extensive federal contracting experience, successful pursuits involving AI, automation, data science, digital transformation, and cloud, plus established agency relationships and local presence in the DMV area.
