Ten-week sales internship providing field experience in frontline sales and distribution centers, commercial project work, leadership development, and exposure to sales foundations. Interns develop creative and analytical skills, work with consumers and retailers, manage projects and teams, and present final project results to senior leadership.

Own and grow an assigned retail sales route by increasing product distribution, shelf space, volume, and market share. Responsibilities include visiting retail accounts, presenting sales data, negotiating and closing agreements, managing inventory freshness and levels, resolving credit issues, gathering market insights, supporting product launches, and building strong retailer relationships. The role requires flexible scheduling, physical product handling, driving between accounts, and use of Microsoft Office and other software.

Entry-level rotational management trainee program for recent bachelor’s graduates. Trainees rotate through Sales, Supply, brewery operations, and other business functions, taking ownership of projects and developing leadership skills. The program requires English proficiency, full U.S. mobility, adaptability to new locations and work settings, and interest in a multifunctional career. No formal work experience is required, though internships are preferred. Successful participants receive full-time placement in areas such as Sales, HR, Procurement, Technology, or Supply Chain.
