The Site Engineer will oversee engineering projects on-site, ensuring quality assurance, compliance with health and safety standards, and mentoring roles for junior staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead quality assurance across infrastructure projects, perform inspections and witness tests, implement ITPs, investigate and close corrective actions, analyse performance trends, support commissioning and handover, collaborate with supply chain to reduce defects, and drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.

Lead site delivery for complex water infrastructure projects, coordinating subcontractors, resources, budgets and assurance processes to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget works to STO standards. Ensure health, safety, quality and environmental compliance, manage change and risk, support handover, and drive team performance using CCMS and digital site management tools.
