Coordinate and administer SHEQ training, competency and wellbeing programmes. Maintain records and systems, produce reports and communications, organise meetings and events, support compliance and governance, liaise with stakeholders, and identify process improvements to promote safety, wellbeing and continuous improvement across the Alliance.

Provide technical leadership to process engineers, ensuring accurate process designs meet standards. Manage project delivery and mentor junior engineers while promoting sustainability.

Lead and shape the estimating function across the alliance for AMP8. Own estimating strategy, cost base, and quality of estimates; oversee affordability, optioneering, and detailed estimates; drive cost capture, commercial excellence, stakeholder collaboration, innovation, and team development to deliver robust, consistent commercial outcomes across 750+ capital projects.
