Manage customer disputes and complaints, including IDR and EDR cases, by analyzing issues, gathering information, assessing risk, applying regulatory requirements, and determining appropriate resolutions. Engage customers and stakeholders, document cases, follow up on outstanding information, identify trends, and collaborate with Quality Assurance and Risk teams to improve customer service, efficiency, and compliance.

Drive revenue and new business by managing OEM partnerships and dealer networks, develop OEM pipeline strategy and marketing campaigns, ensure compliance and timely reporting, build stakeholder relationships, onboard OEM dealers, and represent AAF through interstate meetings to support growth.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers in financial hardship: assess applications, recommend sustainable solutions, liaise with financial counsellors and external supports, maintain compliant records, resolve complaints, and contribute process improvements.
