Improve and automate workflows using NetSuite and Ramp while maintaining strong controls, supporting intercompany activity, and preparing audit-ready documentation.

Conduct end-to-end KYC, KYB, and CDD reviews for individual and entity investors, including beneficial ownership and sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening. Resolve complex cases, escalate enhanced due diligence matters, and maintain audit-ready documentation. Serve as a subject matter expert, improve workflows with engineering, adapt to compliance policy changes, and help design AI-powered agents and automations for KYC operations.

Lead and grow Nova Product’s engineering team, owning customer-facing workflows for subscriptions, data rooms, distributions, capital calls, wallet, and investor portals.
