Serve as the senior technical leader owning enterprise application architecture, technical health, and integrations. Remain hands-on with design, development, refactoring, and code reviews. Drive CI/CD, DevOps, Azure-based deployments, secure-by-design practices, and AI-assisted engineering adoption. Provide initiative reporting, roadmap planning, and mentor/hire engineering talent.

Develop and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers and correspondents to secure and grow wholesale/non-QM mortgage business. Execute territory sales strategy, promote products, train brokers through submission-to-closing, liaise with operations, maintain contact database and run email campaigns, and regularly visit clients to resolve issues and drive production.

The Inside Account Executive builds and maintains relationships with mortgage brokers and correspondents to generate residential mortgage loan business. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, onboarding and training brokers on submission-to-closing processes, promoting products, supporting operations/fulfillment teams, managing contact databases and email campaigns, and resolving client issues to ensure broker satisfaction and successful loan conversions.
