Paid remote part-time internship combining light accounting, financial record organization, data entry, and executive administrative support. The intern will maintain accurate records, assist with reports and daily operations, communicate in Hebrew and English, and support additional projects while gaining experience with a U.S.-based healthcare corporation.

Provides remote administrative and clinical research support, including patient visit scheduling, IRB submissions, informed consent documentation, study start-up activities, contract and budget coordination, vendor communication, and study file maintenance. The role supports the Site Manager, tracks outstanding tasks, assists with the transition to an eSource system, and helps ensure accurate, timely completion of research-site activities and a positive patient experience.
