Maintain a safe, substance-free recovery home by being on-site during resident hours, enforcing house rules, documenting incidents and grievances, supporting residents, conducting checks for prohibited items, and role-modeling recovery principles.

Provide one-on-one and group peer support for individuals with substance use disorders using lived experience. Help clients set recovery goals, develop individualized recovery plans, link to community resources, facilitate support groups, collaborate with clinical teams, document progress, and participate in supervision and training. Weekend coverage and flexible schedule required.

Provide one-on-one and group peer support to individuals with substance use disorders using lived experience. Assist clients with recovery plans, goal setting, resource linkage (housing, employment, healthcare), relapse prevention, and facilitating support meetings. Collaborate with clinical teams, document client interactions, participate in supervision and training, and contribute to program evaluation.
