Provide on-site support and supervision for residents in a recovery home: enforce house rules, respond to incidents, document grievances, ensure substance-free environment, account for residents, and model recovery principles.

Greet and check in clients, schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance and collect payments, maintain medical records and EHR documentation, answer phones, assist with billing/insurance issues, and support office operations.

Provide one-on-one and group peer support to individuals with substance use disorders using lived experience. Assist with recovery planning, goal setting, resource linkage, relapse prevention education, documentation, and collaboration with clinical teams to support client recovery and program outcomes.
