Own the full sales cycle for AI infrastructure customers, from outbound prospecting and technical validation through negotiation and close. Activate existing relationships with AI founders, infrastructure leaders, and ML teams; build qualified pipeline; maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data; and partner with Solutions Engineering on evaluations. Advise technical buyers on architecture, training and inference economics, GPU supply, and cluster tradeoffs. Travel up to 35% for customer meetings, events, and site visits.

Commercial Counsel will negotiate revenue-critical agreements, manage complex commercial deals, and help build the company’s legal function. Responsibilities include developing templates, playbooks, risk frameworks, approval workflows, and AI-enabled legal tools. The role also supports corporate governance, compliance, privacy, security, export controls, employment, IP, vendor matters, fundraising, M&A, and strategic transactions while partnering with sales, finance, product, and operations.

Build code, documentation, benchmarks, reference architectures, integrations, and developer community resources for an AI infrastructure platform. Support customer onboarding and incidents, reproduce performance claims, create tools for distributed training and inference, enable partners and providers, and advocate internally for product and developer-experience improvements. This individual contributor role defines Andromeda’s Developer Relations function and owns its content, documentation, community, and open-source strategy.
