Identify and acquire platform-native creators, manage editorial lifecycle from acquisition to publication, develop formats and partnerships, serve as internal expert on Gen Z and platform-native content, and build visibility within target creator communities.

Lead and define the creative vision for a publishing house's book program. Manage and mentor art directors and designers, oversee design production, budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts. Collaborate with editorial, licensing, and authors to develop innovative book formats and high-quality print and digital designs while ensuring consistency, creative excellence, and on-time delivery.

Lead Quirk Books fiction publishing: originate concepts, acquire 8-10 titles annually, publish 4-6 original fiction books, edit manuscripts through production, manage author and agent relationships, collaborate cross-functionally on positioning, marketing, and sales, and mentor junior editorial staff.
