Develops and maintains five-year trade-channel forecasts using historical data, statistical analysis, promotional plans, and cross-functional input. Monitors forecast accuracy, shipment performance, bias, budget variance, and market trends. Leads demand planning meetings, supports Integrated Business Planning and Sales & Operations processes, forecasts new products, and drives continuous improvement. The role requires advanced Excel and forecasting expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in CPG or manufacturing demand planning.

Supports month- and quarter-end close, consolidated financial statements, IFRS analysis, disclosures, reconciliations, internal controls, board reporting, and audits. Maintains accounting reports, chart of accounts, and general ledger while serving as a technical resource for accounting and IFRS matters. Requires CPA or CA progress, financial reporting and consolidation experience, advanced Excel skills, strong judgment, leadership, organization, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
