Own full sales cycle for 10–50 location restaurant groups: prospecting, high-volume outbound, demos, close deals, run pilots to paid conversion, and manage accounts while feeding product feedback to internal teams.

Own and scale a PostgreSQL data layer and Python/FastAPI backend on AWS. Design schemas and optimize queries, build and harden infrastructure with Terraform, define OpenAPI contracts, integrate AI tools (Bedrock, Claude, MCP), collaborate with mobile and data teams, write tests (pytest), improve CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and mentor engineers in a fast-moving startup environment.

Own and enhance the Expo/React Native mobile app, focusing on native integration (JSI/TurboModules), performance-sensitive flows, push notifications, deep linking, CI/CD (EAS), testing, and crash triage. Collaborate with backend and design teams and debug issues across the JS/native boundary.
