Build trusted relationships, assess client needs, advise on technology solutions, develop account plans, and identify upselling, cross-selling, and net-new revenue opportunities. Maintain CRM records and forecasts, coordinate with internal teams, support solution design and marketing activities, and provide industry insights to drive client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Manage commercial, financial, operational, and accounting activities, including project profitability, budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, reconciliations, tax and VAT compliance, invoicing, debtor and creditor management, audit support, and process improvement. The role oversees monthly and annual reporting, supports strategic planning, ensures financial records comply with regulations, and provides recommendations to improve business profitability and efficiency.

Designs, deploys, and manages secure, scalable, highly available AWS and hybrid cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include infrastructure architecture, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, cloud security, cost optimization, platform operations, backups, disaster recovery, system upgrades, and third-party integrations. The role also guides technical teams, establishes engineering best practices, mentors staff, and coordinates the Platform Services team’s daily work.
