Own AndHealth’s communications platform end to end, including Zoom architecture, telephony configuration, Contact Center rollout, call routing, integrations, APIs, reporting, vendor management, compliance, and operational improvements. Partner with engineering to enable transcription and embedded patient visits, model communication data, optimize caller and agent experiences, manage carriers and vendors, and evaluate future channels such as SMS, fax, and agentic voice.

Lead cross-functional operational initiatives from discovery to launch: analyze data, design solutions, build SOPs and dashboards, coordinate teams, and ensure sustainable processes that scale across clinical and engineering stakeholders.

The dermatologist will provide clinical care for complex skin and autoimmune conditions, conducting evaluations, consultations, and developing treatment plans, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
