Coordinate foreign-to-foreign international shipments from order confirmation through final delivery. Manage shipping schedules, commercial documentation, vendor payments, shipment tracking, and customer communications. Work with traders, buyers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams to prevent delays, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records in SAP and internal systems.

Manage assigned domestic shipments end-to-end: coordinate pickups, transfers, carrier selection, track deliveries, resolve exceptions, communicate proactively with customers and internal teams, maintain accurate shipment records in SAP, and control logistics costs within budget.

Manage end-to-end export shipments for assigned customers across LATAM, coordinating pickups, inland transport, drayage, ocean bookings, export clearance, USDA inspections, health certificates, and final delivery. Maintain shipment records in SAP and internal systems, control logistics budgets, minimize avoidable costs, and provide proactive communication to customers, traders, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
