Manage end-to-end export shipping documentation and compliance: prepare invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading; submit EEI via ACE/AES; apply HS codes; screen denied-party lists; coordinate with carriers, forwarders, and government agencies; track cargo and resolve documentation issues to prevent customs delays.

Coordinate domestic and export shipments across LATAM: manage supplier communications, bookings, cargo tracking, inland/drayage transport, paperwork, carrier selection, invoicing, and customer inquiries. Maintain logistics records, resolve shipping issues, generate reports, and collaborate with operations, purchasing, sales, warehouse, and accounting to meet service and cost targets.

The U.S. Domestic Logistics Manager will oversee domestic logistics operations, manage freight and cold storage, and negotiate transportation solutions, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.
