Teams at Anderson Public Library

Lead and manage library public services across branches, overseeing Adult, Youth, Circulation, and branch services. Provide strategic planning, staff supervision and hiring, program and outreach coordination, customer service standards, policy implementation, and participate in senior leadership and board meetings. Serve as acting director when needed and ensure alignment of services with community needs.
