Manages a portfolio of small to medium client accounts, strengthening relationships, supporting retention and expansion, and identifying opportunities for additional services. Acts as the primary client contact, communicates project updates, leads business reviews, coordinates internal resources, and collaborates across departments to improve execution and customer satisfaction. Requires account management experience, strong communication, deadline management, and proficiency with the DASH platform.

Manages medium to large client accounts, strengthens client relationships, supports client retention and revenue growth, and identifies opportunities to sell additional services. Coordinates internal projects and resources, provides client updates, leads business reviews, improves customer support, and collaborates across departments to maximize execution and satisfaction.

Supports financial, operational, compliance, and ad hoc audits; evaluates internal controls, documents findings, tracks remediation, performs follow-up testing, and assists with SOC 1 and SOC 2 compliance. The role also maintains audit workpapers, supports audit planning and risk assessments, recommends process improvements, and collaborates with departments to promote accountability and effective controls.
