Creates and posts customer invoices and payments, maintains accurate financial records, researches discrepancies, monitors accounts, prepares reports, and supports month-end and year-end close processes. The role also assists with improving accounting workflows and maintaining vendor relationships. It is an entry-level accounting position and is not focused on collections.
