The role requires strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge, financial statement interpretation, client account management, and proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel.

Prepares and reviews complex individual and business tax returns, communicates with clients and tax authorities, mentors junior staff, leads projects, and improves tax processes. The role requires managing multiple deadlines, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering compliant, high-quality tax work. It supports returns including Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 1041, with opportunities to pursue EA or CPA credentials.
