Develops department leaders, manages KPIs and budgets, standardizes workflows, supports automation, ensures compliance and data security, and scales hybrid onshore/offshore operations through cross-functional partnerships.

Provides bookkeeping services for multiple clients, reviewing transaction categorization and coding, maintaining accurate records, resolving discrepancies, and preparing financial reports. The role includes client onboarding, monthly consultations, financial inquiry support, account management, and coordination with a global team. Candidates must manage at least 15 client accounts, communicate effectively about financials, and maintain high accuracy and timely service.

Provides legal advice to clients on estate planning, asset protection, and business planning. Drafts and reviews legal documents, answers online legal questions, manages client relationships, collaborates with paralegals, mentors team members, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
