Deliver a personalized, discreet in-flight and on-trip luxury experience for principals and guests. Plan and prepare flights, manage catering, inventory, entertainment, and grooming. Provide exceptional in-flight service, ensure passenger safety and comfort, coordinate vendors and concierge support, assist post-trip wrap-up, and support ground events. Requires collaboration with estate and aircraft teams and frequent international travel.

Serve as Second-in-Command (SIC) under the PIC for private and charter domestic and international flights. Ensure flight safety and regulatory compliance, communicate with crew/ATC, collaborate with maintenance and dispatch, and support efficient, professional operations for executive charter services.
