Teams at Andercore

Manage employee administration and day-to-day office operations. Own end-to-end onboarding, benefits coordination, offboarding logistics, internal documentation, and office/vendor management. Serve as first point of contact for employee queries, coordinate events and receptions, and continuously improve people processes and employee experience.

Manage renewals and expansion through customer relationships by understanding customer business challenges, driving product adoption, proactively mitigating risks, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to maximize order utilization and long-term partnership value.

Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and engaging sales candidates. Build talent pipelines, conduct initial interviews, assess candidates, assist with offers, and maintain candidate experience while learning recruitment fundamentals and gradually owning hiring tasks.
