Teams at Ande

Own product positioning, launches, go-to-market, onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across Ande’s enterprise and hospitality product suites. Develop messaging, enablement materials, customer education, in-product campaigns, webinars, and market content. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to map personas, improve funnel performance, launch features, and drive usage. This role also establishes the product marketing function and represents the product through videos, events, and thought leadership.

Own the architecture and production reliability of Ande’s AI agent system. Build agent tools, safety controls, evaluation suites, venue correspondence workflows, memory, supply-learning systems, and typed classifiers. Improve latency, failover, quality, and safe handling of real-money actions while mentoring engineers and defining AI-native development practices. The role requires strong TypeScript and backend systems expertise, production LLM agent experience, and judgment about deterministic versus model-driven behavior.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and commercial results for Ande’s marketplace across corporate entertainment categories. Manage and grow a product management team, launch new product lines, develop partner integrations, shape an AI-first booking experience, and make portfolio investment decisions. Collaborate with engineering, design, data, go-to-market, and operations teams to drive adoption and growth.
