Serve as the primary client contact to drive product adoption, onboarding, engagement, retention, and account growth for international fintech/SaaS customers. Monitor customer health, resolve issues cross-functionally, gather feedback, and maintain success metrics and records.

The Accountant will prepare financial statements, maintain accurate records, consolidate data, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with tax laws in Mongolia.

Own outbound prospecting and lead qualification for Thailand: generate pipeline, run discovery calls, book meetings for business development, maintain CRM data, collaborate with regional teams, and hit targets through consistent outreach and relationship-building.
