Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans and user-journey test cases for web and mobile. Identify and report defects, collaborate with developers to resolve issues, and verify fixes. Maintain test documentation, use testing tools, project management systems, and test automation frameworks to ensure feature quality and sustainable testing practices.

Serve as the primary client contact to drive product adoption, onboarding, engagement, retention, and account growth for international fintech/SaaS customers. Monitor customer health, resolve issues cross-functionally, gather feedback, and maintain success metrics and records.

Lead product lifecycle from idea to implementation: define roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct market research, manage risks and costs, perform analyses and quality control, and deliver product launches and enhancements.
