Top-of-funnel strategic prospecting and lead generation role focused on initiating personalised relationships with senior digital leaders (CIO/CDO/CTO/CEOs), qualifying opportunities, owning outbound strategy, and handing over high-quality warm leads to the Client Partnerships team to drive pipeline and revenue.

Lead client accounts as a senior technical advisor, identifying opportunities and driving account growth. Translate business needs into scalable, secure full-stack architectures across cloud, data, integration, and DevOps. Support proposal development, oversee solution design and delivery, mentor engineers and architects, and contribute to practice IP and engineering best practices. This is a billable, client-facing director role focused on strategic technical influence and delivery quality.

Lead the local Data & AI practice, drive client engagements and growth, design scalable data architectures, oversee full data product lifecycle, and provide hands-on technical leadership across cloud platforms, modern data platforms (Snowflake/Databricks/Fabric) and AI solutions.
