Lead adoption and development of Practice Areas by coordinating resources, building stakeholder relationships, planning events and workshops, managing knowledge-sharing platforms, supporting learning and development, tracking engagement metrics, ensuring ISO27001 compliance liaison, and championing cross-functional collaboration and community growth across the organisation.

Lead design, development, deployment and operation of cloud-native Java microservices. Provide technical leadership, drive CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), observability, testing and production support across AWS and Kubernetes environments.

Lead the design, build and evolution of scalable data ingestion, transformation and operational data stores. Provide technical leadership across ETL/ELT, data quality, monitoring, governance and architecture. Mentor data engineers, promote IaC and automation, and collaborate with product, software and architecture teams to deliver reliable, performant and cost-effective data solutions for the Accounts platform.
