Leads enterprise cost takeout and technology transformation engagements, advising executives on technology strategy, modernization, automation, AI, cloud, operating models, and value realization. Develops transformation roadmaps, business cases, and commercial opportunities; shapes proposals and RFP responses; oversees multidisciplinary delivery teams; manages executive governance and stakeholder relationships; and mentors consultants and solution leaders.

Leads AND Digital’s Data and AI practice in the US by advising C-suite clients, shaping enterprise AI solutions, overseeing architecture and delivery quality, driving go-to-market growth, developing partner relationships, and mentoring distributed engineering teams. The role combines hands-on technical leadership across AWS, Snowflake, and modern data platforms with commercial responsibilities including presales, propositions, thought leadership, and revenue generation.

Develop large-scale Java software for enterprise and eCommerce clients using technologies including Spring Boot, AWS, and MySQL. Champion software quality and technical vision, apply TDD, BDD, and XP practices, solve complex problems collaboratively, and contribute effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
