Lead and manage the CDL program: develop and implement curriculum, hire and supervise Driver Trainers, advise and retain students, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze program data, and drive continuous program improvement.

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to prospective students, facilitate enrollments and admissions requirements, track student progress and outcomes, use internal CRM/software to manage leads and dispositions, coordinate with client representatives and employers, and participate in trainings and team initiatives.

Advise prospective and current students on Title IV funds and FAFSA completion; perform verification, resolve documentation conflicts, prepare timely packaging in CampusVue, coordinate with admissions and Compliance, and assist Campus President to improve Financial Aid operations.
