Leads the CDL program by overseeing curriculum, faculty recruitment and development, student advising and retention, regulatory compliance, program performance, and continuous improvement. Provides CDL subject matter expertise, trains account management staff, supervises Driver Trainers, monitors instructional quality, supports students, prepares accreditation and government reports, and performs full-time Driver Trainer duties as needed.
