Lead the CDL program: develop and implement curriculum, hire and supervise Driver Trainers, advise and retain students, monitor program performance and compliance with FMCSA/DMV standards, and drive continuous improvement and reporting.

Senior campus leader responsible for all campus operations, compliance, staff hiring/training, financial and assessment oversight, community relations, and ensuring quality student outcomes. Sets campus priorities, monitors regulatory adherence, analyzes data and reports, and directs cross-functional departments to meet operational objectives.

Manage front desk operations including answering phones, greeting visitors, data entry, clerical support, operating office equipment, enrollment reporting, and providing excellent customer service and communication.
