Lead and manage the CDL training program: develop and implement curriculum, hire and supervise driver trainers, advise and support students, monitor program performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and perform continuous improvement and faculty development.

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls to prospective and enrolled students, facilitate enrollments, ensure admissions requirements are completed, track student dispositions in internal systems, and support team initiatives and trainings.

Develop and manage employer relationships to create job opportunities for students and graduates. Prospect, cold-call, document employer interactions in CampusVue, coordinate with Career Coaches, gather employment verifications, deliver daily activity and weekly expense reports, and support campus branding and community outreach.
