Leads the CDL program by overseeing curriculum, Driver Trainers, faculty development, student advising, retention, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement. Provides CDL subject matter expertise, supports recruitment and orientation, monitors instructional quality, evaluates faculty performance, manages student success initiatives, and ensures adherence to FMCSA, state DMV, accreditation, and institutional standards. The role also performs full-time Driver Trainer duties, including demonstrating vehicle operation and safety procedures.

Test position created to demonstrate the Standard Employee access profile in the ADP portal for training purposes. The role supports reviewing and modifying employee configuration settings, including job function, salary structures, pay grade, FLSA code, workers’ compensation classification, job class, and EEO category.

Provides academic administrative support, including coordinating campus testing, advising students, supporting retention and graduation programs, maintaining schedules and student records, monitoring attendance and grades, evaluating education and transfer credits, and resolving student concerns. The role also supports academic policy compliance, office operations, professional development, and coordination between academic, admissions, and administrative teams.
