Lead and manage the CDL training program: develop and implement curriculum, hire and supervise driver trainers, advise and retain students, ensure regulatory compliance (FMCSA/DMV), collect and analyze program performance data, and perform driver trainer duties including hands-on instruction and vehicle demonstrations.
