The Production Supervisor leads manufacturing operations on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while managing production performance and team development.

The Operations Assistant will support quality control, assist with lab tasks, handle administration, coordinate team priorities, and engage in process improvements.

Operate and support the production line: feed materials, assist masa prep, monitor frying and seasoning, hand-pack and weigh products, maintain quality logs, perform sanitation, follow GMP and safety procedures, and rotate between stations.
