Provides high-volume, multichannel B2B SaaS customer support through messaging, email, webinars, and video calls. Troubleshoots billing and technical issues, explains product functionality, documents conversations, escalates defects, and partners with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales. The role also develops support documentation, identifies process improvements, creates workflow automations, and uses Claude and other AI tools to improve productivity.

Own and scale Anchor’s compliance operations across KYB/KYC onboarding, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, fraud and AML investigations, documentation, audits, and regulatory updates. The role requires hands-on use of AI and automation to improve case triage, monitoring, documentation, and audit readiness while partnering with banking institutions, auditors, Product, and R&D teams.
