Leads client IT infrastructure implementations, including deployment, integration, migrations, upgrades, installations, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and validation. Serves as the technical lead, coordinates with project managers, vCIOs, vendors, cybersecurity teams, and clients, and ensures quality, security, documentation, knowledge transfer, and client satisfaction. Mentors junior staff and drives continuous improvement in implementation processes.

Supports onsite implementation and onboarding of managed services clients by deploying, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting IT systems, networking equipment, hardware, software, and peripherals. Manages project timelines, resources, budgets, assets, and stakeholder coordination while providing client training and technical support. Requires customer-facing communication, project management, extensive systems and networking knowledge, and availability for after-hours work, weekends, on-call rotations, and local equipment transport.

Provides advanced Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, networks, servers, and applications. Diagnoses complex issues, maintains IT infrastructure, performs patching, backups, and recovery, documents resolutions, creates technical knowledge articles, mentors Tier 1 technicians, trains users, improves support processes, enforces security policies, and coordinates with vendors.
