Assist the Forge Operator in forging operations: transfer and position hot parts, clean and lubricate dies, remove scale, assist die setup and minor repairs, inspect parts, maintain timekeeping and production records, keep workspace safe and orderly, and follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.

Lead CNC machinist who sets up, operates, and programs CNC machines, interprets complex blueprints, performs inspections and troubleshooting, mentors junior staff, implements process improvements, and conducts machine maintenance to ensure precision and quality.

Lead and manage quality assurance activities across production: develop QMS policies, perform audits and root cause analyses, implement CAPAs, oversee QC processes and supplier quality, train QA/QC staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and regulatory compliance.
