The Senior Accountant manages corporate accounting and financial reporting, including complex journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, leases, financial statements, footnote disclosures, month-end close, audits, and process-level controls. The role supports FP&A forecasting and budgeting, leads process improvements and multifunctional projects, collaborates across departments, manages external relationships, and mentors team members. It requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, strong Excel and reporting skills, and attention to detail.

Provides plant-level HR support, including personnel records, timecard and payroll administration, benefits, onboarding, orientations, policy administration, recruiting coordination, unemployment claims, labor contract questions, and safety administration. Maintains confidentiality of payroll information and ensures HR processes comply with legal and company requirements.

Leads enterprise infrastructure engineering across corporate and manufacturing sites. Provides advanced support for servers, virtualization, cloud, storage, networking, backups, endpoints, and security patching. Administers VMware environments, Veeam backups, Windows infrastructure, endpoint imaging, and recovery processes. Performs root-cause analysis, mentors IT staff, supports plant projects, monitors system integrity, and participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
