The Chief of Staff owns the operating rhythm around the CEO and five Product Business Units. Responsibilities include running portfolio and leadership reviews, maintaining outcome scorecards, tracking commitments and decisions, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, preparing board materials, monitoring company objectives, and executing CEO-sponsored strategic projects. The role represents the CEO office in Pune, ensures follow-through across the organization, and supports transformation, market expansion, AI strategy deployment, and business planning.

The Associate Director of Global Talent Operations will build and lead a scalable Talent Operations function, ensuring operational excellence across HR processes globally and leveraging technology for efficiency, compliance, and data integrity.

Own architecture for OXM and OMS, design event-driven distributed systems on AWS, lead AI capability architecture, define API/integration standards, partner with engineering leads, improve reliability, performance, and engineering productivity.
