Owns lifecycle marketing campaigns across onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back. Responsibilities include developing multi-channel strategies, managing campaign execution, conducting A/B tests, analyzing funnel performance, overseeing segmentation, and collaborating with MarTech, Product, Creative, Data, and Web Analytics teams. The role also mentors junior team members and optimizes automated communication programs using customer and behavioral data.

Capture high-quality digital images of archival documents, perform quality audits, maintain files and spreadsheets, coordinate image delivery, perform basic image enhancement and routine equipment maintenance, and support miscellaneous project tasks while preserving Ancestry's standards.
