Lead and mature an Incident Response team: manage end-to-end incident lifecycle (triage, containment, forensics, eradication, recovery), mentor responders, drive playbooks and automation, run post-incident reviews, report KPIs to leadership, and coordinate crisis communications with legal and PR.

Support data governance, quality, and analytics enablement for enterprise data platforms. Partner with engineering, Finance, and analytics teams to define metrics, automate quality checks, manage stakeholder requests, document specs, track platform health, and support migrations while applying AI-augmented PM practices.

Lead and negotiate global vendor, procurement, and technology agreements; draft and review SaaS, licensing, and security/DPA terms; partner with privacy and cross-functional teams; build AI-enabled legal playbooks, templates, and workflows; provide commercial legal guidance and support strategic corporate initiatives.
