Lead end-to-end optimization strategy for eCommerce clients by designing measurement frameworks, analyzing GA4/Shopify data and experiments, prioritizing roadmaps, running A/B tests, building dashboards, and telling data-driven stories that influence stakeholders and drive conversion, revenue, LTV, and retention.
