Lead M&A strategy and execution including target identification, valuation, diligence, deal negotiation, and board presentations. Develop acquisition theses aligned with product strategy, build financial models, drive joint business planning, and manage integration to realize synergies. Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and track post-close metrics to ensure value creation.

Serve as the day-to-day Product Owner for Hyderabad engineering squads: manage and prioritize backlog, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate with engineering, QA, UX and global product leadership, remove blockers, validate deliveries, and improve delivery practices for the RightHub IP management platform.

The Product Support Engineer will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction with Anaqua products, while working closely with clients and internal teams.
