Resolve complex technical issues for Anaplan's AI-infused platform, specializing in LLM and RAG troubleshooting, prompt engineering, and system-level investigations. Collaborate cross-functionally, document findings, mentor junior staff, lead release reviews, and provide 24/7 on-call support to ensure customer success.
