Paid six-month onsite internship supporting end-user IT services in Anaplan’s Paris office. Responsibilities include assisting with laptop and mobile-device support, ticket management, new-hire onboarding, equipment setup, asset tracking, conference-room technology, documented troubleshooting procedures, and process-improvement projects under mentorship.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS customer renewals from forecasting through contract execution. Responsibilities include customer communication, renewal negotiation, expansion coordination, contract review, quote and order processing in Salesforce, compliance verification, documentation maintenance, and collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal teams. The role also supports product conversions, maintains a 180-day renewal forecast, and resolves renewal-related issues.

Manages SaaS customer renewals from forecasting through contract execution, including negotiations, quotes, auto-renewal notices, and order processing. Partners with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal teams to support renewals, expansions, product conversions, accurate contracting, and policy compliance. Maintains contractual documentation and a rolling 180-day renewal forecast while resolving customer and internal questions.
