Identify, evaluate, and lead investments in early-stage deep-tech impact startups. Manage full investment cycle (sourcing, due diligence, structuring, committee approval), support portfolio companies, build stakeholder networks across Europe, and represent the firm at industry events.

Support sourcing and screening early-stage impact investments. Conduct market research, industry deep dives, and due diligence (financial, market, competitor). Assess social and environmental impact, prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports. Work independently within a small team in a fast-paced startup VC environment, with potential conversion to a permanent role.
