Supports venture capital fund finance and operations, including financial reporting, capital calls, distributions, portfolio controlling, and investor materials. Collects and analyzes portfolio financial, impact, and ESG data; develops KPI dashboards and automated data workflows; and assists with SFDR reporting. The intern also identifies opportunities to improve finance processes using AI, automation, and digital tools while collaborating closely with the Head of Finance and investment team.

Identify, evaluate, and lead investments in early-stage deep-tech impact startups. Manage full investment cycle (sourcing, due diligence, structuring, committee approval), support portfolio companies, build stakeholder networks across Europe, and represent the firm at industry events.

Support sourcing and screening early-stage impact investments. Conduct market research, industry deep dives, and due diligence (financial, market, competitor). Assess social and environmental impact, prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports. Work independently within a small team in a fast-paced startup VC environment, with potential conversion to a permanent role.
