Provides administrative support for daily office operations, including document and records management, correspondence, meeting and calendar coordination, minute-taking, action follow-up, procurement support, and client or visitor coordination. The intern will assist management and departmental teams, maintain organised physical and electronic files, and support internal events and training. The role offers practical exposure to administration within a SaaS and digital payments technology company.

Supports development, testing, debugging, maintenance, and documentation of web and software applications. Works with APIs, databases, payment gateway integrations, Git, and SaaS products while investigating software issues and participating in engineering and product meetings. The three-month internship is designed for recent graduates to gain practical experience and may lead to longer-term employment based on performance.

Supports planning, coordination, tracking, documentation, reporting, risk management, stakeholder follow-up, software implementation, user acceptance testing, and project handover for technology and SaaS projects. The intern maintains project trackers, meeting minutes, action logs, status reports, and project documentation while coordinating developers, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
