Provides executive support to C-level and Partner stakeholders while managing Munich office operations. Responsibilities include complex calendar and meeting coordination, travel and expenses, confidential correspondence in English and German, visitor and event support, process improvement, and leadership of a 3–4-person office support team.

Lead the growth and delivery of Analysys Mason’s Transformation practice. Originate client engagements, build senior relationships, lead transformation programs, manage commercial performance, develop consulting propositions, and oversee coaching, mentoring, and line management. Focus areas include value creation, operating model design, operational excellence, revenue growth, cost optimization, digital transformation, and turnaround programs across technology-intensive sectors.

Supports clients through transformation and strategic change programs across technology, telecommunications, and media sectors. Responsibilities include value creation, operating model design, revenue growth, cost and margin optimization, program recovery, client engagement, proposal development, sector expertise, and intellectual capital creation.
