Own support operations, SLAs, on-call/24-7 coverage, escalations, complex technical troubleshooting, integrations (SIEM/SOAR/ITSM), deployment (on-prem/cloud), documentation, and product feedback to Product and Engineering. Partner with Customer Success and manage hiring, coaching, and performance.

Lead and evolve marketing strategy for a cybersecurity SaaS company—own demand generation, product marketing, brand, communications, channel and website. Drive GTM for enterprise and government markets, optimize funnel and conversions using analytics and AI, define KPIs, collaborate with Sales/SDR/Product/Channels, and measure ROI to grow pipeline and revenue.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities for a threat intelligence platform through targeted outreach, market segmentation, prospect qualification, CRM pipeline management, and close collaboration with sales and marketing. Meet lead-generation targets, educate prospects on cybersecurity solutions, and develop into an Account Executive role over time.
