Teams at Anaheim Ducks

Provide customer service and daily rink operations including front desk, skate rental, snack bar, skate guard, scorekeeping, and party hosting. Perform POS and cash handling, maintain safety and housekeeping, assist with maintenance and special events.

Operate rink facility during public sessions across front desk, skate counter, snack bar, skate guard, scorekeeping, and party hosting. Provide excellent guest service, POS cash handling, skate distribution/maintenance, snack preparation (where applicable), safety monitoring, event support, routine housekeeping, and clerical tasks as assigned. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Manage end-to-end brand and marketing campaigns for the Anaheim Ducks, maintain brand standards and asset approvals, coordinate creative and media buying, translate fan insights into targeted campaigns, track brand health and ROI, manage budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive brand awareness and engagement.
