Operate rink facility during public sessions across front desk, skate counter, snack bar, skate guard, scorekeeping, and party hosting. Provide excellent guest service, POS cash handling, skate distribution/maintenance, snack preparation (where applicable), safety monitoring, event support, routine housekeeping, and clerical tasks as assigned. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Provide frontline rink operations support including front desk, skate rental, snack bar, skate guarding, scorekeeping, and party hosting. Deliver excellent customer service, perform cash-handling and POS transactions, maintain facility cleanliness and safety, assist with maintenance projects, and support special events.

Provide entry-level security at venue locations: screen guests and bags, monitor doors and patrols, identify prohibited or unsafe items, respond to incidents, communicate with control and law enforcement, and assist guests with information and rule enforcement.
