Performs physically demanding, time-sensitive arena conversions between events, including assembling floors, seating, staging, hockey boards, ice coverings, railings, platforms, and event areas. Operates tools and arena systems, follows blueprints and OSHA safety requirements, maintains and stores equipment, completes safety checklists, and supports event operations. The part-time, on-site role requires flexible scheduling, teamwork, and frequent lifting, standing, bending, walking, and climbing.

Develop and execute event pricing strategies to maximize ticket revenue and sell-through across multiple venues. Analyze sales history, demand signals, market comparables, inventory, and secondary-market data. Build dynamic pricing models, SQL data pipelines, Power BI or Tableau dashboards, and KPI reporting. Manage inventory holds and presale allocations, validate data, apply AI-enabled tools, and communicate pricing recommendations to promoters, Finance, and venue leadership.

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter manages end-to-end recruiting across part-time and full-time roles, including requisitions, sourcing, job postings, resume screening, interviews, testing, offers, background checks, and onboarding support. The role develops candidate pipelines, builds community relationships, supports workforce planning, monitors recruiting analytics, advises hiring managers, ensures compliance, and may recommend hiring procedures and training. This is an on-site position requiring a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
