Own the monthly financial reporting cycle: prepare management accounts, post and review journals (payroll, depreciation, intercompany, FX, accruals, WIP), provide variance analysis, support group consolidation, oversee purchase and high-value sales ledgers, prepare payroll data, perform bank reconciliations, manage cash and payment runs, maintain PO authorisation workflows, and lead finance process improvements.
